Cruzcampo recovers the Cine Alameda theatre on the occasion of the Malaga Spanish Film Festival

Cruzcampo, the Official sponsor of the 19th Malaga Spanish Film Festival, presents the project “The return of the theatre that made us love cinema”, an initiative aimed at getting the people of Malaga to relive those afternoons at the cinema, recover for a few days one of the city’s most longed and remembered theatre: Cine Alameda. A movie theatre where many generations of Malaga’s people learned to love the seventh art.

From 25 to 28 April, Cruzcampo recovers the Alameda theatre by screening important Spanish films that marked a generation, titles such as Women on the verge of a nervous breakdown, The day of the Beast, To see the dawn is enough, The good life, The other side of the bed, Seven French billiard tables, Who killed Bambi?, and The Lucky star.

During the screenings, the theatre will be completely decorated as the cinema of the era, with different elements reminiscent of those years: ushers dressed in typical clothing, vintage posters advertising the films, old popcorn makers, etc.

To enjoy the movies at the Cine Alameda theatre, visitors win a ticket through different contests that will be published on Cruzcampo’s social channels. The winners can redeem their tickets at Cruzcampo’s box office installed in Larios Street, next to the Paseo de la Alameda.
