“You asked for it”, Publips-Serviceplan’s new campaign for IKEA

Publips-Serviceplan has developed a new Ikea campaign for their store in Valencia. A promotion for Valencian people to acquire for their homes their favourite products of the Swedish multinational, thanks to interesting discounts up to 20%.

Ikea has launched this campaign under the title “You asked for it”, to highlight that close relationship with customers after discovering through a survey what their favourite products were. The multinational, which opened its doors in Valencia in 2015, wanted to award the Valencian people with promotions and consequently consolidate their bond with the territory on its second anniversary.

The agency designed this action with the aim to generate traffic to the store and it has planned an online and offline strategy to accomplish this.

The campaign consists of radio spots, graphics on buses and a circuit of outdoor marquees. On a digital level, it includes a landing page on Ikea’s website and a publicity campaign on the brand’s social channels.
